Customer Support (m/f/d) Hotel Booking Portal

 

We are looking for talented customer support workmates (m/f/d) for the customer service of a leading hotel booking portal. Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Your tasks in this customer service role:

• Support customers when booking accomodations
• Assist in navigating the website
• communication with hotels (e.g., if a customer can not meet the arrival date)
• Administration of feedback and guest comments
• Identification of suitable hotels for customers
• Ensuring and continuous optimization of the outstanding quality and service standards provided by the company

Your skills for this customer support job:

• Dedication to customer service experience
• Fluent in Dutch, French or Danish
• Passion to continiously learn and develop
• Equipped with basic principles of information technology
• Professional yet fun
