YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM
- Advise our key accounts in complex requests regarding our studio management software in order to use it as efficiently as possible
- Support our key accounts in the implementation and realization of digital processes in the gyms
- Coordinate and implement data transfers from existing systems
- Interface function between clients and our internal departments (e.g. Product Management and Development)
- Contribute to the creation and continuous optimization of the customer success processes of our key accounts
- At least 5 years of experience in the holistic management of key accounts and you are familiar with the processes in a gym and/or gym management
- Basic technical understanding of software and enthusiasm for IT processes
- Excellent communication skills, in German and English, and confident handling of the corresponding channels (phone, chat, mail, TeamViewer, etc.)
- Strong client and service orientation and ability to work independently to create an outstanding customer experience
- Enthusiasm, great interest in further development, desire to try out new things and break new ground
