Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) EnglishDue to our incredible growth, we are looking for customer service representatives (m/f/d) with English language skills to help us create exceptional customer experiences for the largest social media platform in the world.
In our office in Berlin and Homeoffice in Germany, 1950 employees in over 12 languages take over the communication via phone, chat or mail processing with the customers of our client.
Benefits:
- €2,500 gross monthly salary / €30,000* gross annual salary.

Responsibility :
- Provide support to advertisers and agencies (SMBs) for various queries generated via different communication channels such as: phone, chat and email
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products
- Provide product and tool support to enhance our clients’ experience
- Use tools and systems to identify customers’ issues, addressed in their raised queries
- Escalate the client's problems to the corresponding groups of the resolution
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, while representing a major brand
Experiences :
- Online Advertising Experience is a big plus
- Prior working in service organization is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fluent, verbal and written in English (C1)
- Familiarity with social media and you are active on them
- Familiarity with online advertising products/vendors
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- Fast learner, diligent worker
